Intensity is everything! If one lives each day as if it were their last, they will truly live a very fullfilling and rich life!

A saying of so many years, from so many different Warriors, from so many different cultural backgrounds, says it all! It is how I approach each wonderful day I am blessed to live.....

"It is a good day to die!"

Live it...don't talk about it!

I hear sooooooooooooo many people say that they are trying to figure out Life. They spend their entire time on this planet struggling to do so and lose out on the most important aspect of the adventure that we call Life, Living it!

Quit trying to figure it out...go out and live it! Allow it to happen as it does. Accept the road and absorb it's sights. Experience life for what it is and not for what you percieve it to be.

Be in the Flow and enjoy the Adventure!

If you want it to suck, it will suck! If you want it to be beautiful, it will be beautiful! Bottom line, it is all up to you and how your mind percieves things in general. Some may look at the above photo and say, "Oh that looks cold and dangerous." and others will look at it and say, "What a sight to behold... the beauty is breathtaking... how magnificant."

How do you look at life? Is the CUP HALF FULL or is the CUP HALF EMPTY?

Looking at things and life in a positive manner, will most assuridly allow you live a healthy and bountiful life, Physically, Mentally and more importantly, Spiritually!

Stay in the Flow!

Damn right it is!

In the moment of these grueling hours, I sometimes wonder, deeply. But when it all clears and the Sun comes out, I am in Heaven!

Shoveling 6 feet of heavy snow in a 12 hour period will most definitly will bust your ass! But, it surely deeply strengthens your Spirit, Appreciation and Gratitude for the Mother of Nature and her incredibly beautiful and unmatched Spirit!

"Impossible is just a small word that is thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given to explore the power they have, to change it.

Impossible is not a fact. It is an opinion.

Impossible is not a declaration. It is a dare.

Impossible is potential.

Impossible is temporary.

Impossible is nothing!"

Boycott Fear!

So many insist on fighting and changing the world around them and do not touch the world within them. Just doesn't make a lick of sense! I say, that they are all living in a fear of something or another within their souls. To these lost Spirirts I say, "Boycott Fear" and you will be so amazed at how you will then see and accept all that goes on around you. It just will not matter as the flame of your Spirit that has been dormant within you, will then ignite and assume the energy that it was meant to shine. You will be far too busy living "NOW" and experiencing the bliss that comes with it. You will see that you actually  exist,  and have, in a Heaven that you never thought possible. It works! Try it. Buddha did!

Peace is always within ones grasp. All one must do is unclench their tight fists, open them wide, then embrace life and all that surrounds them with grateful hands.

Keep with the Flow....

...."The first is this: That ye love one another; second, do not commit adultery; do not steal; do not bear false witness; do not betray anyone. Respect the aged and poor. Care for the children. Revere the family. Greed will not be permitted, share what you have with all."

RE: What physical activity takes you to sprit? (POD)

"Spinning" on my bicycle for long-distances. Nothing less than 50 miles a session. Sometimes as long as 250 miles in one session.  It's amazing how quickly a rythm can be attained with ones body mechanics and the flow of the bicycle. Meditation of incredible sorts begins immediately. The best part, is on long and very strenous "Climbs" when one must focus and concentrate on breathing and rpm's constantly, totally shutting out the "Negative" inner voice that constatnly crys, "Stop!". An incredibly amazing endeavor that allows one to accomplish a total synch between body and mind. 3500' of climbing in 12.2 miles, beginning at 7000' and ending at 10,500', will most certainly allow you to achieve a level of endorphine induced euphoria that can be matched by no other physical activity.
It is amazing what one's physical body can do, if they only focus on their potential that is achieved by synchronizing ones Physical, Mental and Spiritual Energy Flows....Ahhhhh, total bliss!

Focus and Flow....

Change the world through your daily actions/example....

I have learned the hard way, that the only thing I can change here on Earth is me! By coming to terms with the many true realities and accepting that my actions and life-style just were not in synch with the "Right" rhythm and flow, my life has become one of ease, peace and smooth steady flow. The TAO teaches me that it is I that must change those items within in me that deter me from the real happiness I deserve and that constantly dwells within me . That it is I who must stop fighting all things. That it is I who must accept all things. By surrendering to these realities, I am at peace. Buddha teaches me that fear and all the ingredients that come with it, are all of my making in my mind. It is my thinking that must be termed with on a daily, and on many occasions, an hourly basis. Once I accepted that aspect, my life became one of true bliss and serenity. I no longer expect anything from anyone. I no longer perceive things as I think they should be. I allow things to be as they are. With these actions, my life no longer is in turmoil and my health is far better and it was in great condition before these acceptances and life practices. More importantly, I have initiated a healthy well being and persue a constant contact with my Spiritual connection with the Universe and it's infinite power!

Change the World, first change the way you see the world and how you act in it. Walk as your Spirit directs you. Be a light for those around you. Believe me, these daily actions will be noticed by all around and you will influence those folks to ask, "What are you doing in your life that allows you to smile everyday, no matter the situation?" You can tell them and voila!, you have just influenced and possibly changed the world around you by your outward actions that came from within yourself and your honest example.
